I'm Laura.

I help thoughtful, emotionally-aware people navigate the inner work of relationship with insight, compassion, and practical tools.

Before I was a coach, I was a longtime teacher — always drawn to understanding my students as people and curious about their inner worlds.

That quiet calling eventually led me to transition into coaching and emotional wellness work. Today, I'm a certified professional coach who coaches both independently and for a leading company within the national mental health space.

With 2,000+ hours of coaching experience, I support emotional and relational healing and growth, drawing upon integrated attachment theory—along with mindfulness-based, cognitive-behavioral, and culturally responsive approaches.

I believe relationships are both our greatest teachers and greatest opportunities for healing. Whether you're looking to break patterns, navigate grief or change, or simply to deepen your self-awareness, I'll meet you with warmth, respect, and curiosity.

Most have done a fair amount of inner work. Yet, even with all of that insight, they still find themselves caught in old patterns: over-giving, shutting down, people-pleasing, avoiding. Struggling to say—or even to identify— what they really want and need. This work is about shifting that!
