I'm Laura.

I help thoughtful, emotionally-aware people navigate the inner work of relationship with insight, compassion, and practical tools.

Before I was a coach, I was a longtime educator—always drawn to understanding my students as people and curious about their lived experiences and inner worlds.

That quiet calling eventually led me to transition into coaching and emotional wellness work. Today, I'm a certified professional coach who coaches both independently and for a leading company within the global mental health space.

With 2,000+ hours of coaching experience, I support emotional and relational healing and growth. My work draws upon attachment theory, in addition to mindfulness-based, cognitive-behavioral, and culturally responsive approaches.

I believe relationships are both our greatest teachers and greatest opportunities for healing. Whether you're looking to break patterns, navigate grief or change, or simply to deepen your self-awareness, I'll meet you with warmth, respect, and curiosity.
